Hello,
After a systemcrash I am reinstalling acad2012 but i can't register again, the system says that my serial code is invalid. It is the code written on the cd-case. Previously it worked fine. I have already send a e-mail and got the following answer and also a refer to this forum.
Regarding CaseNo:07932586. - EReg Customer Service Request for xxx-xxxxxxxx
This serial number is not in our records. Please double-check the serial number on the box and the CD case for accuracy.
Futher message about where downloaded is not relevant.
I am sure that the serial number is correct.
How can I get the registration completed?
