Problem with license: License is not obtained

Hi Everyone.

I have a problem with license. I looked for on this forum solution for my problem but none of them do not work for me.

So, who may help me? I have license key and it is correct but when I'm running Maya unfortunately it does not work... and I see these windows on image.problem.jpg

This is a generic licensing message. The answer depends if you are running a Standalone or a Network version of the software.

Please backup the following files/folders  then delete them so that activtion can reset again.

 

Windows Vista/Windows 7
 

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001

It can be strange, but I do not have these files, I have only this folder and after delete it, nothing happend...

Should I reinstall the software?

I was uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and... Still the same... I do not have these files and I receive the same message. Could you write down here at the points what I have to do with it?
