Problem with installing 3Ds Max 2014

Hi there, I need help big time I'm at a deadend.

So I just bought 3Ds Max and it arrived today. I started installing it then I get this message.

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package.

A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I have no idea what to do. I bought this directly from autodesk and there is no way of getting in contact with them.

So I'm hoping there's a way to help me fix the installation problem.

Try redownloading the product from the virtual assistant, as I suggested and see if that works out better for you:
