Installation & Licensing

Hello team, 

Myself Vinu Cherian, Im a Student doing my Mechanical Enginnering. 

I downloaded AUTOCAD 2012 students version and i tried to install.. 
At the end of the installation, it said [Error in installing Autocad 2D and 2D review] but it still gave a Finish option. 

So, i continued.. 

But when i tried to open Autocad 2012 i get the following problem

Hoping a solution as soon as possible

Did you download this from http://students.autodesk.com or somewhere else?  Seems kinda suspicious that a download would ask for CD.
