My users keep getting this error:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at 3f445066h

Could someone please assist?

More often than not, this issue is usually due to a .NET Framework issue.

.NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:
