Hi, We need to transfer the AutoCAD LT2009 licencekey from an old PC to a new PC. We used the Portable Licence Utility, but unfortunately the import in the new PC doesn't work. The error code is [17.1.84]. This file is not a valid transfer file. So, on the old PC we get a message that the export was successful, but on the new PC we get the error. Besides that we now have on the old PC a problem that the licencekey isn't active any more and we can't use AutoCAD any more. Please advice how to solve this issue. (screenshots are available). I do not know if "License Transfer Utility" will work with 2009, but you can try.

You will need an Internet Connection, and an Autodesk user ID and password, available from the Autodesk Register Once website:
