Problem on INSTALATION for Autodisk 3D max 2013

Hello
So i bay a New DvD of this Awesome programme Autodisk 3d Max 2013 32bit/64bit

but when i try to install it i have this problem:

and if i click ok that's what happen :

and for information that's what i have  as my system:

The Full Image are on the attachments

can you help me to deal with this
