Problem installing student version of 3ds max 2014

Help, I need urgently 3ds max for some exercises and I am unable to install it..

I have downloaded the student version of 2014 edition and every time I try to install it it shows errors in every procedure from the beginning of the installation process and it immediatelly says that installation is complete but everything have failed to be installed!!! I can't figure out what is going on, I have tried everything and several times.. do you have any suggestions? I have windows 7 64 bit, 4 GB Ram, intel core i5.. Thanks in advance..

I have the same problem 

Have reinstalled visual c + + 2005 but nothing has changed
I have tried other types of installation and it did not work
Sorry for my bad english,i'm Brazilian

Me too.. I installed visual c++ 2010 but nothing happened 😕
