Problem installing AutoDesk Inventor 2012

When I try to install AutoDesk Inventor, they say that I need

"

Microsoft hotfix 971138 required for Inventor to function fully with Vista Operating Systems"

They give me a support link to fix the Microsoft hotfix 971138.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971138. 

However, there is nothing to download on the link.

My system:

I have 6002: System Pack 2

 Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
   Model: HP Pavilion dv2 Notebook PC
   The total amount of system memory: 2.00 GB RAM
   System type: 32-bit operating system
   Number of processor cores: 1
  

What should I Do?
