Problem downloading AutoCAD

Hi -


I recently installed AutoCAD 2012 on my computer and subsequently had problems with that computer working properly.  I just purchased a new computer and would like to install AutoCAD 2012 on it.  I was able to get a product key but for some reason, when I click to download, nothing happens.  Can you help me?  My old computer is frozen and I am not able to uninstall the program.

Hi calamitye,


Please reply back with more details on the error like the error message and a screenshot so we can look into it further. Please also try downloading using other browser.


Prior to download, please also do the following steps:

   - Clear cache

   - Delete Cookies

   - Check Security settings or firewall
