Problem at the installation !

At the middle of the installation of Autodesk Softimage 2013 I get that error !

"An error occured while installing this product.For more information view the installation log file"

But I can't understand what's the error in the log file..!

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear that you encounter issue with the installation of "Autodesk Softimage 2013".

 

Try to manually remove the VC++ and DotNet components from your computer from "uninstall or change a program" and reattempt the installation.

 

If it still fails, append the "setup.ini" file you use for the installation which is located in the same directory as the "Install.exe" and a Print screen of the error message.

 

For your information, make always sure to run the installation with Admin right and the antivirus deactivated.

Same problem afther what you told me in the other message !

I put the setup.ini file in attachments!

What sticks out to me is that your installation folder is listed as A:\ drive.  That's odd...  Smiley Indifferent
