What are the steps to reproduce the problem? What is the full error
message, including the number? Which product is it, and which OS?

Hi,

sure here\s a suggestion>

in stead of using the link in your Windows menu, start the plu/program from:

c:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\PLU26.exe

This should start the plu and give you option to choose which license you wish to manipulate.

The lnk-file for the PLU has a /P: -parameter that gives the correct productcode. Say AC2008 is B492F000. There's a corresponding cfg-file in same directory that has in addition the plu26 -part in it. (You can open these in editor to check which product is which - productinfo last row).

All this in case you errormessage is similar to the one in the attached jpg!
