Portable License utility

Good afternoon,
I'm considering use of the portable license utility for employees that would
like to work at home, instead of the office, or possible use a laptop in the
field. If the floppy disk used to transport the portable license is
destroyed, how do I return the license to the 'main' computer in the office?
Is there a time delay feature that can be set?

Thanks,
Scott

For clarification the Portable License Utility is available only for users
running the Standalone License Managed version of 'i' products or Inventor,
not products that are network licensed. This licensing technology is
standard outside of North America for all Trial/Commercial/Educational &
Student 'i' products. In the U.S this technology is used for Trial &
Student versions.

With respect to the floppy disk, the PLU is able to export the license to
the same target machine an unrestricted number of times. This is to overcome
the problem of the ctl file being corrupted on the floppy. It should be
noted however that the license must be successfully imported to the target
machine before it can be exported back for use in the original machine.
