I just bought the LT 2015 program and while installing, I get an error stating that my product key (057G1) is not correct. that is what is listed on the package and the website.
any ideas?

Apologies for the activation troubles, do you by chance have any other Autodesk products installed on your computer? Sometimes new activations pull in existing licensing information that may be stored on that machine. Also, did you try typing in the code instead of copying and pasting? Thanks!
Having a trial installed shouldn't affect the activation. But cancelling the installation and starting again is always a good choice. Be sure to let me know how it goes!
I have the same issue.
We had removed the previous trial version, restarted the pc and then redownloading the trial with a different language.
When we tries to insert the serial number and the product key, the sn is ok, but we have error on pk.
Now we continue with the trial and tomorrow try to install the license.
There is another way?

Good Evening, I purchased a copy direct from Amazon of the Sketchbook Pro. However thru two moves I have misplaced the Disk and Sleeve with my product key. Any help in recovering this would be great!
