Plotting over VPN

I work from an at home office. I connect to my company server using VPN over
my cable modem. I have all my drives mapped to match the server. Everything
works great EXCEPT for plotting. I've tried every way that I can think of,
plotting direct to the device, writing a plot file on my local and then
sending it to the device, writing a plot file on the network and then
sending it to the device, etc. I know it's not the plot file because when I
go into the office and send the file to the device it comes out perfect.
But, when I send it over the VPN it comes out at about 40% smaller and is
rotated. Has anyone out there come across this and have a solution?
I'm using AutoCAD Land Development 2000.

more info please. what o/s? are you running acad locally or as a terminal
session? are the plotters set up as system printers or .pc3 files?

Mark,
My O/S is Windows 98 at home. Windows 2000 at the office. I'm running
AutoCAD locally. Printers are set up as PC3's with the drivers for remote
devices loaded locally.

Using the VPN, can you plot from acad to any system printer (not PC3) such
as a laser printer? If so, have you tried installing the plotter as a
system printer? If you cannot plot from acad to a laser printer, can you
print over the VPN from any other application to a printer at the office
(such as Word)?
