Please Help Me ! Location Error - Download Request

Hello . im sorry my english so bad . i really tired . many time i try find how to solve this problem . Im Student College in Malaysian .

 

Browser : IE

O/S : Windows 8 64-Bit

From : Malaysian
Status : Student

then I press blue "Browser Download"
