Please Help! I'm unable to access 2015 software

I confirmed my deployment is configured with the correct license SN and server name. I have firewall ports open for 2080, 27000-27009 for both inbound and outbound traffic.

 

I get this error: 'A valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager. If you are still unable to access a license, contact your system administrator. Error [0.0.0]

 

 

 (Almost every forum says this same thing delete cascadeinfo.cas file)

(network times between server and workstation are exact)

are you on Flex LM 11.12?

you need to be for 2015
