Perpetual License Expired?

I purchased a student version of the Autodesk Education Suite with perpetual license about a year ago and now it claims that my license has expired?  Aren't perpetual licenses not supposed to expire?  My final project is due in 3 days and I'm locked out of my program...

All I got from contacting the Autodesk Business Center was some customer serivce rep telling me I must have logged in incorrectly.

I try to register with the prompt when I boot Autodesk Maya and on the Autodesk website and I get this error:

"Your license has expired. For Further assistance, you must contact your Autodesk Authorized Reseller. (30)"

I contacted where I purchased it from who then told me to contact Autodesk for licensing issues.
