I have requested a password reset in order to download autocad and no matter what I do, it does not go to my email address. (email@example.com)
Please send me your contract number or any serial number associated to it through private message. This will help us track your SUbscription Center account. One of the possible reasons is that your contract is linked to a different or old email address.
I can see here that your account has been activated. Let me know if you still cannot log into the Education Community site.
I cannot pull up any information using the name and email address I can see on file. Please send me a Private Message (click on my joane.bonghanoy profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with the following information:
- Complete Name used when you registered for the EDU site
- Email Address used when you registered for the EDU site
- User ID
- Name of School
