PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER PROBLEM!

To Whom it may concern:

I have been trying to install AUTOCAD 2012 for students for like two days now. The 1st time there seemed to be some kind of problem so I called no one could help. I deceided to try and uninstall the product and reinstall, which seemed to work until your product asked me to regeister and activate then I used the product key provided by your company however it seems to now say: That your product cannot be regeistered in the U.S.. Therefore I was told to ask for a new product key... PLEASE HELP!!

Because to be honest i don't no where to post this and the people over the phone are no help as to where I would post this either.

I understand that the student verison is having problems do you know when i might be able to atten a product key?
