Hello,

we use the Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Ultimate 2013.

85810IDSU_F

If the client open any Product from the license the debug log shows this

(adskflex) OUT: 85810IDSU_F user@host

(adskflex) OUT: 85994IDSU_2013_0F user@host

(Total of 20 licenses issued;  Total of 2 licenses in use)

That doesn't seems normal.

Could i manage the with the options file?

That is not abnormal.  To find out who has the 2 licenses in use, do a Perform Status Enquiry and verify there.

Hello. This seems partially normal. 85810IDSU_F is the product code, and 85994IDSU_2013_0F is the year of product that has pulled this code. This does not equate to this:

(Total of 20 licenses issued;  Total of 2 licenses in use)

Basically, there is not enough information here to know why you are pulling two seats.

How many products are open and what YEAR?

Different years will pull extra seats, because different years are different products. In this case, if you had a  2013 license file and opened Civil 3d 2013, you pull one license. If you then, on the same machine, open another 2013 product from the suite, you should not pull another license, just the one.

If you then open Civil 3d 2012, you will pull a second seat.

You would need a more complete listing of the enquiry, and you would want to look at the debug.log file to see what else may be checked out.

Options files prevent users from pulling specific licenses:

Your status enquiry is still not showing the entire information.  The enquriy will always show the PACKAGE being checked out, then also the INCREMENT being checked out.  Your status accounts for only the one user. 

Post the entire status enquiry, not just a snippet.  It should better explain the situation.

Are you running any kind of adskflex.opt options file?  Have you tried simply stopping, the restarting the service from the stop/start/reread tab?

yesterday i updated our license file to 40 licenses but the problem still occours.

Yes, we use an options file. Here it is.

It reserves 21 licenses for our education room and the rest for borrowing if needed. Limited to 90 days.

Hello. You need to also look at the debug.log file to see what products are checking out. This should tell us exactly what programs you are opening. I would also remove the options file and stop and restart the services, just to keep the possibility of the file being the cause out of the loop.
