I have Autocad and Raster Design installed on a desktop with Local Admin rights.
When I log in with my normal account and I open Autocad 2014 I get a message that Raster Design can not access a network location.
The message is a double \ \ for Support but can not because no double \ \ appears in the location name.
Is it possible to change the double \ \ that Raster Design is looking for into the location with a single \ that exists on the network.
This is going to be a tricky issue. Re-directed folders are not supported. Can you try the software on the same computer that is not using 're-directed' folder? i.e. Local Admin
We have a couple of blog posts that discuss this topic:

Install issue:
Registry Hacking (install issue):
I had contact with my reseller and they give me advise to compleet uninstal all autodesk software and reïnstal the software with a local account.
If that is not working we try the solution we get from autodesk.
Here are my local profile stored, i think.
Can you inform me where the local profile shout be?
C:\Users\J.vanderHeijden\AppData\Local
Files are located there. Please note that there are some 'registry" settings as well.
I reïnstalled everything but the problem stays the same.
The only change is that i can open Autocad without deïnstal Raster Design, but i think that is because i installed Autocad apart.
