Obtaining serial number for 2010 autocad

Hi

I have seven seats of acad 2011, however my 3rd party software will not run on 2011 64 bit, as i have windows 7 I must revert back to 2010 in order to run the software. I downloaded the 2010 yesterday and the serial number is 000, how do i get a real serial number, the other 6 users are fine as they run 32 bit in 2011.
