The MAX option is used when you want to restrict the number of licenses to a maximum level for a particular group.
RESERVE is for a set amount of licenses. Can the two be used in conjunction?
I want a group to have access to all the licenses for a product. But I want a sub-set of that group to only have access to a limited number of licenses. Could this work?
Let's say I had 5 AutoCAD licenses total:
GROUP AcadUsers a b c d e f g
RESERVE 5 64300ACD_F AcadUsers
GROUP AcadRestrict a b c
MAX 1 64300ACD_F AcadRescrict
I want a,b, and c to only have access to 1 Acad license among them at any time. But all 5 are available to everyone. Is the above example the correct way to set this up?
