No Licene File Found For Feature

Installing Autocad 2000i (Network)on a MS NT4 Workstation. Static IP address set. Have Adlm in services and running. Have Licence key authorised and Ok. Can see the machine as a ADLM server. Created a silent install of the client, configured for TCP/IP - Set Acadserver to @machinename. When When running Autocad is says "No Licence File Found For Feature" and then gives you a security error. ?? Please help

One thought / question , is the drive that ADLM is
on mapped and connected to the system. It sounds like the same thing that
happens when network password expires.
