New install of Inventor 2015, BOM is in a different language

We have installed Inventor 2015 in english...but the BOMs are getting inserted on drawings in GOST...any ideas?

We have everything set to ANSI standard, seem like something is getting crossed up somewhere.

This is on a new install on a new computer.
