No. It's saying that only the first session on one PC uses one of the
network seats. If you start additional sessions on the same PC, additional
seats are not used. This is how Autodesk has chosen to configure network
licenses, since multiple sessions on one PC are used only by one person.
This is also a good explanation of the reason why support for Citrix was
dropped (Windows Terminal Services); since it allows multiple users to run
remotely on a single PC, using multiple sessions, but since the multiple
sessions only consume a single network license, you are therefore violating
your license agreement.
