Network License

We are running WinNT 4.0, TCP/IP protocol using DHCP and got three licenses
for AutoCAD 2000. The workstation can ping the server via host name. The
ADLM admin indicates three licenses. but the server deploys only one license
at a time.

Do you actually have a static IP adress for the License Server ?. Can the
clients ping the server by both IP address and Host name ? Have you set the
ACADSERVER environment variable on the clients ?

Simon,

thanks for the reply. We are able to solve the problem via the adlm.log. The
license that is indicated on the ADLM admin is for the CAD Overlay. We are
able to get a new AuthCode that solved the problem.

Arnold
