I am simply trying to install the network license utility on a Windows Server 2003 machine. The installation is failing with the above message. JVE is updated. The setup log states:
Install Autodesk Network License Manager Failed Failure is ignored, Result=2

Well. I got it to install finally. I copy the disc to a directory on the server where I keep all my application installation files and I was attempting to install from here. I ended up trying the actual DVD disc from the Server and it installed successfully.
