Network License Manager Installation Problem

When I try to install 2004's Network License Manager on our Windows 2000 Pro
license server, I immediately get the following error: "Error 1723. There is
a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this
install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or
package vendor." The Windows Event Log shows that is was trying to load the
EULA when this error occurred. I tried the install on other Windows 2000
machines and got the same error. Any suggestions?

Can you check if you have PC-Anywhere running, if so please disable it
whilst installing the Network License Manager. We are starting to see a rise
in the number of 1723 errors and most appear to be related to the use of
PC-Anywhere.
