Network Licence problem on 2014

I have recently installed NLMTools and depolyed my 50 user Licence file which all seems to work. 

I then created a Deployment using the installer interface with Network Licence selected with the correct KEY and Licence server selected.

After installation on a workstation it throws up the error

The security system (softlock license manager)

is not funcioning or is not properly installed.

When I run cad on the system I can see it acquiring licence from the LMTools log.

this might be a permissions issue

can you run it as a full admin on that machine?

you may need to do a reinstall of the software if the above doesn't work

I am the administrator and selected Run as Administrator but nothing seems to work, I have tried installation multiple times with no luck.

I have also tried installing as a standalone copy but get Activation error 123 whilst trying to activate it.
