Network LIcense Error

i have  a netwok license of AutoCAD 2011, I have inistall LMTOOL on 64bit server machine when i have import a lincense file it gives us a below error please advice.

The version of the LMTOOLs installed from the AutoCAD 64 bit version is 11.7.0.0. Pl check if the error is due to the 64 bit and 11.7.0.0
