Network Guidelines

We have 14 stand alone ACAD2002 M6 seats in the boxes and need to migrate from R14. With the advent of the new licensing policy, we are considering switching over some of the seats for the less frequent users. Can anyeone help me out with the following: 1) what are the minimum server requirements as we currently run a Novell server. 2) my casual users will outnumber my network licenses..is this still considered "legal" since they will just be locked out till an available license comes up?

Thanks..Bryan

Hello Bryan,

1) No novell server supported. NT4 server or W2000
server if you have more than 10 connections. NT4 Workstation or W2000 pro if you
have less than 10 connections.

2) Yes it's still legal.

Best regards
