Netsetup...

What does this do above and beyond Setup?

Netsetup is to create a network deployment of the autodesk software. You can
either create a "Thick Client" install or a "Thin Client" install. "Thin
Client" in my opinion is the way to go. Once this image is created, one
would install the autodesk product from this image and depending on the type
of client, install the proper files.

Thanks, but I'm just trying to clear up the difference in the 2 setups in
the NETSETUP folder.

Hello,

One is what we call a wrapper. Setup.EXE calls netsetup.exe. The main
reason is if you did not have MSI on your system, the wrapper will install
it.
