Need older version of AutoCAD for Mac OS-X 10-6-8

I downloaded the newest student 3 year trial version of AutoCAD 2014 for Mac and my computer is not compatible.  I tried installing your 2011 version and it won't accept the serial number or version code that was sent to me.  I have a Mac OS-X 10-6-8 and it said with the original installation that I needed Mac OS-X 10-8-8.  How can I get the older student version for 10-6-8? Thanks.

Could you please send me a Private Message with your AutoCAD for Mac 2011 serial number and product key? (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message).

You should definitely be able to use and activate 2011 when downloaded from the Education Community. This is probably a serial number issue which I can get sorted for you.

Hi Camilo.

I tried again with a new email address.  I was given the same serial and key codes as before.  I signed in with the new account as well.  Still says "The Serial Number or Product Key don't Match.
Valid format for serial number is (XXX-XXXXXXXX)".  They were entered this way.

What can I do?
