Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x86) Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603
Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

Saif001,
Hello. When running into installation problems like this, it is always a good idea to try and narrow the problem. Checking the Windows Event logs to see if there is a specific module at fault may help.
First, test on a different machine. If it installs on the second machine, there is something blocking the install on the first machine.
If you are installing off a USB stick, copy all the files from the stick to a local drive. We want to eliminate the USB stick itself, or your machine’s USB drivers as a cause of grief.
Check the machine to see if you have any of these programs installed, they have caused conflicts. If any of these are installed, uninstall (you can put them back later) and try to install the software.
1. Display Link Core
2. M-Files
3. Lenovo USB port replicator software
I would stop trying to install the whole suite at one time. For troubleshooting I would only try to install one program at a time. An entire suite install could take hours, depending on your machine, and fail at the end. For testing, I would rather contend with one program install that takes 5 or 10 minutes to fail. This will help you identify if it is only one program in the Suite that is in error.
If you continue to fail, uninstall the C++ and NET entries on the target machine. The installer will replace the programs during install.
As always, you should keep some basic things in mind when installing:
-Have admin rights
-Turn off Antivirus
-Turn off any spyware or popup blockers
If this does not work:
-Reboot into safe mode and try to install
-Login with a different user account and try to install
-Reformat your system to factory defaults and try to install.

Hi again, thanks for the suggestions Dave, But i have tried to reboot and start with safe mode, unistall all my Microsoft Visual C++ 200x Redistributable and running as admin, non of them- fixed the issue unfortunately.
I should also mention im not using any USB or hard drive, it is installed on the PC.
Still having the same 1603 problem, any other solution? I will also attach my latest Log file after all these fix attempts there something must be incorrect.
Also for some reason, the Upandready blog link isnt working for me.

Keep in mind that the failure is a prerequisite install and not a problem with the Autodesk software. It's a problem with Microsoft software, either the C++ Redistributable, or your Windows. Try installing the full version of the C++ 2005 from Windows Update or Microsoft.com. If it fails to install there, then you have OS problems that need to be resolved before you can install your Autodesk software.
