Need help with missing product number

Realy need some help, i try to install my LT2011 to my laptop but can not, did get these mesages:

Connect now and activate! (Recommended) and get this: The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1),

and if i try that another way: I have an activation code from Autodesk: get this Registration-Activation Error (0015.111)

...what i can do????!!!!
