Need help to building a project, losing my way in licencing forest

Hello everybody
I 'm french customer of Autodesk and i need help for one project.
We Will built a Vmware horizon View infrastructure 5.2 with 20 users connexion. We uses now flexlm licence server.
we want to install autocad on 20 vm.

CAN i do it ?
So we need to work with partner (draw for us) it is possible to use my pool licence or we need to buy à specific licence ?
need specific autorisation from Autodesk ?

Though virtual machines are sometimes weak for Autodesk products, they do work.  They are licensed the same way as a real machine.  You simply need to purchase network licenses for as many users that will need to use it at one time.  That may be all 20, or it may be less than that if you can timeshare between usage.

Only if you're the same company or if he's your employee. Otherwise license
sharing is prohibited.
