Hello. I have a client who is running functional copies of AutoCAD 2011 and AutoCAD 2012 on a system running WinXP and I need to move this user to Windows 7. My problem is I dont have the jackets the disc(s) came in and, therefore, dont have the serial numbers or the product keys for these licensed version's of Autocad. Is there a way to retrieve the serial numbers and product keys so I can get this user off WinXP. Thank you for your help. Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. 🙂
