Need Help Activating AutoCad LT 2012

Hi we bought a License AutoCad LT 2012 in San Francisco US thru a friend of our boss now how can we activate the product in philippines because there is an error in activating

 

Your product cannot be registered in Philippines. (7)

You can only install and activate a US-en license in the United States.
