NOTWORK Problem

I received my auth code and installed it into the already running ADLM that had two Cad Overlay seats that it was administering. We set the ACADSERVER var to the server name. We installed a client that aeems to work fine except for the fact that it also works when the network line is unplugged. When I look at the query (when it is plugged in),it does not show up as having a lic checked out.

Ideas?
thnx...Tim Sparks

Hi Tim,

I would say you most likely had a Standalone version of CAD Overlay on the
system at one point, and when you installed the Client Deployed floating
version it did not overwrite some files in the CAD Overlay folder.

I recommend uninstalling it, removing the left over files in the CAD Overlay
folder, then reinstall from your Client Deployment location on the network.
