My software is licenced to another company.

Today I received my Autodesk 2013 Building Design Suite Premium.
Although the "Delivered To" details are correct, the "Material Description" lists a different company as being the owner of the software.
The exact same thing has happened to me before, with the same company being listed before.
Last year, I didn't receive my product upgrade until SEPTEMBER because of this mix up.
It was supposed to be fixed. Why wasn't it fixed?
Also, did you know that there is no one in the whole world that I can talk to about this? When I call Autodesk Australia I was put through to "the licencing department" - a voice message that tells me to go online to sort the problem out ... there is no where online to fix this problem.
Wasting time .... wasting time .... wasting time ....
