My computer went to garbage and now I cant activate 3ds max!!!

As the title says, my computer went to garbage I bought a new one and now I cant activate max.

 

How could I use the transfer licence utility if my computer is not alive?

 

Tried to use the formulary but, again, how can I get one "Previous product serial number/group ID (required for upgrades)" on its box if I downloaded it. I dont have a box with it ritten.

 

And the "request file" ??? I followed the intructions over the "?" button but no way.
