My Product Key doesn't work

I've downloaded Autodesk 3ds Max 2015 for students and my product key is not valid or it's working. Can someone tell me whats wrong with it?

that install is for 3ds max design not 3ds max

2 different installs

Probably a good idea to scrub your serial number from those images...
