My Educational Serial Number is invalid

I downloaded some educational software and received an e-mail listing my serial number and product keys. Noticed that the serial number was the same for all software but it was short two digits. My serial number is in the form 900-xxxxxx (6 digits) when it should be in the form 900-xxxxxxxx (8-digits).

When I go to: https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg/beginRegistration.action to verify my serial number it comes back as an invalid serial number.

How can I get a serial number that is correct?
