Multiple licenses not recognized

We have a total of 3 network licenses for Revit Architecture 2008., but the license manager is only letting one person in at a time. So, it seems that it is not realizing how many we have. At this point, only two people are trying to use Revit, so even if the licenses were not getting returned for some reason I wouldn't think we would have a problem. One of the computers is a laptop which has successfully borrowed and returned a license in the past. And one more thing, the only solution we've found so far is to reboot the server, which cannot be the permanent solution.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you looked into the debug log file?
If you want you can email it to me and I will take a look and see if I can
find some hint on what it could be.
Make also a status inquiry with lmtools.exe and it might give you the
answer.

It could be that you've been shipped some licenses
with wrong version numbers. You might want to check with your reseller to ensure
you got the right license type.
