Multiple Licenses for the Same Product - ADT

I am supporting a client that has a licensing server that should have a total of 42 ADT 2006 licenses, yet LMTOOLs only reports 32.

Here's an editted portion of the license file in use:
______________________________________________
SERVER [NAME] [ID]
USE_SERVER
VENDOR adskflex port=2080

INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 5 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=[EDIT] SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 1] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]

INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 5 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=[EDIT] SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 2] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]

INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 32 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=[EDIT] SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 3] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]
______________________________________________
*NOTE - There are also other licenses in this file, I only posted the ones pertaining to the affected product.

Here's the status inquiry from LMTOOLs:
______________________________________________
Feature usage info:

Users of 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F: (Total of 32 licenses issued; Total of 2 licenses in use)

"49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F" v1.000, vendor: adskflex
floating license

[EDIT], start Thu 3/30 6:33
[EDIT], start Wed 3/29 10:01
______________________________________________

What do I need to do to get all 42 to show up?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Call Autodesk licensing and obtain a new file for all licenses.
I think the manager only recognizes the latest license.

John is correct. The License Manager will only recognize the INCREMENT with the latest date for similar items. Had your other licenses been generated on the same date, the License Manager would have combined them automatically.

Just get a new license file from Autodesk generated for you.

Hi,

It's more complicated.
You can have 2 or more INCREMENT for the same feature.
FlexLM add the feature that was generated the same day.
In your example : it only pool the last INCREMENT because they have
different date.
But If you have this : (see issued date)
INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 5 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=31/03/2006 SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 1] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]

INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 5 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=02/02/2006 SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 2] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]

INCREMENT 49100ARCHDESK_2006_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 32 \
VENDOR_STRING=commercial:permanent BORROW=4320 SUPERSEDE \
DUP_GROUP=UH ISSUED=31/03/2006 SN=[UNIQUE SERIAL 3] SIGN="[EDIT] \
[EDITTED OUT HEXADECIMAL CODE]

then FlexLM reports that you have 37 licences.
Autodesk didn't support this situation but it works.
I have one customer in this case because it has two contract and didn't want
only one.

Hi,

One question :
If i see correctly yous post you have 3 serial number.
You could have 42 licence (one INCREMENT line) if they are attach to the
same contract.
See with your reseller.
If he answer that they aren't on the same contract, you must generate all
your licence the same day.

Definitely combine all of your licenses under one Group Number. It will make it easier in the long run. Otherwise, you will need to get all three license files generated on the same date for LMTOOLS to combine them.
