Mudbox2011 Support?

Hi,

Is Mudbox2011 being supported yet because it is not available through web support?

Mudbox 2011 is supported. If you have valid Autodesk Mudbox subscription, you can log mudbox case with Autodesk support. You have few option, under Mudbox help.
1. Click Support center: this will bring you the knowledge base where you can search in our database for existing solution to your problem.
2. Click on Subscription center: this will need user ID and password to log in to get access to log cases directly with Autodesk support. To create your account you can click on Create a Subscription Center account OR http://subscription.autodesk.com/sc/selfregister


Finally you can always use Area discussion http://area.autodesk.com/

Yep we have a support contract and the issue has been logged. The reason I ask was when you open a support request there is no Mudbox2011 option in the product drop down (only MB2010 and 2009).

Thanks for the update, As you mention that you have already logged the issue. I assume that the issue is logged with Autodesk Business Center http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=9719649&id=9830778 to resolve the supported product list.


Meanwhile if you have issue with mudbox 2011 and need to log with Autodesk support, pls log it and mention in the title or description that the issue is with Mudbox 2011. pls pass your serial Number so we can verify for supported product.

I hope your issue get resolve soon as possible.

Hi Anil,

I have it logged through our normal support channel (1-9218797455).

The only reason I posted in the forum here was you don't have it listed as an option in the support request. I simply added it to the subject line.

We don't use a serial number, we are on a volume license (Double Negative).

Hopefully they are able to get a new SP out to us because at the moment we have to hold it back from artist use until resolved.
