MudBox MAC OS X Lion "RESTORE WINDOWS" problem

I tried to install Mudbox a couple of times and it stalled during activation first time, then stalled during opening a tutorial movie on screen.
I tried to re-install AGAIN, then started getting this error: "The application “Mudbox” was forced to quit while trying to restore its windows. Do you want to try to restore its windows again?"
every time I click on either option, nothing happens and box just re-appears, until I force quit.
suggestions?

Mudbox 2012 is not yet qualified for use with OS X Lion. Here is the System Requirements page for the product:

Got the same screen after mudbox crashed yesterday. How do i delete the history file so i can use the software again???
