I am getting the attache message apon trying to open Maya. I am registered, have a serial # and activation code, I need a request code which is given apon opening Maya, but it will not open. This is a student use licence, and the download came from the correct spot in the student part of you website. I talked with and agent on the phone to try to activate it, and he said this is a network licence and gave me the link to downlowad. I re downloaded it only to get the same error message. Any Ideas?

This can be caused by anything.  If Maya was running before, can you try deleting your prefs or download the latest SP?

The library folder may be invisible.  You need to do this...
